The 162 rooms and suites offer magnificent views of beautifully landscaped gardens, the surrounding Hajar mountains and the picturesque Gulf of Oman.

Six restaurants and two lounges at The Chedi Muscat span the great cuisines and wines of the world, from the Mediterranean and the Middle East to Southeast Asia and India. Stylishly designed by renowned Japanese interior designer, Yasuhiro Koichi of Design Studio SPIN, The Restaurant blends clean Asian interiors with distinctive Omani architectural details.

The 1,500-square-metre relaxation and fitness haven, one of the largest spas in Muscat, offers the personalised, discreet service of the region’s finest wellness professionals. The Spa embraces eastern philosophy with Asian oriental rituals and also offers an extensive variety of beauty rituals based on the holistic principles of aromatherapy, Ayurveda and herbalism. Guests also benefit from two floodlit tennis courts, yoga & Pilates group classes and three outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pools; two adult only pools, including the 103-metre Long Pool, the region’s longest and one family pool.

The only member of The Leading Hotels of The World in Oman, The Chedi Muscat is located in Al Ghubra, 20 minutes from the old city of Muscat and 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport. On arrival into Muscat International (should you book a transfer through the hotel), you’ll be greeted by friendly Chedi staff.

Please note for UK passport holders. If you enter Qatar, even to collect bags, you DO NOT need a visa to enter Oman. You will be granted one free of charge, just show your Qatar entry stamp in your passport. If you are transiting through Doha, you will need to get a visa on arrival into Muscat, for a nominal fee.
